But for those with complicated family dynamics, or even worrying financials, things are not that simple for many families when it comes to caring an aged parent and they are forced to leave their loved ones at home with a caregiver with a few obvious challenges. RE-START helps you overcome these challenges. It is a smart health monitoring application that allows a caregiver to provide compassionate care and personalized eldercare services in a home setting while the children or relatives are notified of each healthcare events of their loved ones.

RE-START is a smart mobile IoT health monitoring platform that helps a caretaker to act like a personal secretary for senior living community to monitor and manage their day to day health monitoring requirements. This app is designed to improve the quality of care for patients who choose to receive treatment at home from a caretaker.

It features interactive session tabs and helps you with:

• Health Vitals: Logging & tracking of health vitals, viz., blood pressure, blood glucose, & weight and allows you to receive notifications when a value goes beyond a set limit.

• Medication Reminders: Setting up of medication reminders. You need not worry about taking medicine at the right time; it reminds you about the schedule once it is set. Also, you are able to check precautions & other information related to a medicine in a simple way.

• Allergies: Recording of allergies. Helps the caretaker to warn about certain medications which could have a harmful impact.

• Alert Notifications: Receiving alert notifications. This app can detect harmful scenarios and allows you to receive notifications on device battery status, fall Status, and device call count.

• Diet Plans: Assigning diet plans. It helps you design meal plans and assign them to specific patient or patients on a daily/weekly basis and modify them as and when required.

• Appointments/Events: Scheduling of various appointments/events. Allows you to create & schedule various events, e.g., birthday, counselling sessions, consultation, etc.

• Place a call: You will be able to contact patient’s guardian with a mere tap on your smartphone when need arises.
